Starting as a solo venture, Keystone has now grown to include a team of eight, situated both in their office and around the country.

Keystone functions like the "conductors of an orchestra", adept at coordinating various elements necessary for their clients’ success. As part of their approach, Keystone works closely with managing directors from commercial businesses who have successfully developed their company to a certain level but lack the marketing expertise. The Client

Keystones client specialises in bespoke insurance for high-value property renovations. Operating in a niche market, the client experienced significant growth and required a sophisticated method to regularly evaluate the performance of their brokers, beyond just financial metrics.

The Solution

With the business growing fast, the manual processes that had been in place previously was no longer fit for purpose. The client needed to shift away from rudimentary evaluation methods to a more complex, multifaceted system. Keystone facilitated this by introducing a custom software solution developed by Project Rising. This solution not only allows more detailed assessments but also introduces a scoring algorithm that considers various performance aspects of brokers, thus providing a more comprehensive understanding of each broker's value.
