Although initially having limited experience with AI, they began integrating AI for commercial proposals and warehouse analysis, anticipating further enhancements in operational efficiencies and CSR reporting.
This began with taking a look at the proposals in their original form and creating a user friendly interface where key variables can be input by the JS Davidson team. Automation was then build to populate the template in minutes.
Following this the tool was tested rigorously and we worked with the sales team to ensure the proposals were as efficient as possible.
